Global Sourcing International provides sourcing, coordination, inspection, follow-up and supply-chain support services.
Our quality-control activities are performed on a sampling and inspection basis and do not constitute a guarantee that every individual unit in a production lot will be free from defects.
Final responsibility for manufacturing, production quality, product conformity, regulatory compliance and contractual obligations remains with the respective manufacturer, supplier and/or contracting party, as applicable.
Our role is to identify, communicate and coordinate resolution of observed issues and to support the buyer and supplier in maintaining the agreed requirements.
Global Sourcing International acts solely as a sourcing, coordination, inspection and supply-chain support service provider and does not assume ownership, title, custody or financial responsibility for the goods handled on behalf of any buyer, factory or supplier.
Our services, including inspection and quality-control activities, are performed as a support function and do not make Global Sourcing International liable or accountable for the purchase price, invoice value, commercial value, loss, damage, rejection or replacement value of any goods, whether in whole or in part.
Global Sourcing International shall not be responsible to the buyer, factory, supplier or any other party for the monetary value of the goods or for any consequential commercial loss arising from the manufacture, supply, shipment, rejection or use of such goods.
The responsibility for the manufacture, quality, conformity, quantity, packaging, statutory compliance, ownership and contractual performance of the goods remains with the respective manufacturer, supplier, buyer and/or contracting parties, as applicable.
